Native of Melbourne, Australia, where he won Australian U16 grass court and clay court championships and became the nation’s top-ranked junior… Was the #1 player on the 2006 NCAA champion men’s tennis team at Pepperdine, and one of the program’s all-time greats… Earned All-American status and WCC Player of the Year recognition as both a junior and senior… Graduated from Pepperdine in 2006 with a degree in international business… Played professionally for a year before starting a coaching career in 2007… Named ITA Southwest Regional Assistant Coach of the Year in 2013… Former pro coach of Sam Querrey (current member of MLP’s D.C. Pickleball Team)… Married former Portland women’s tennis player Anna Gullickson in 2014.
