David E. Kass is the President of Continental Real Estate Companies and Founder and Chairman of Continental Hospitality Group leading the creation of a shopping center and hotel platform across the country over his 30 year career. Additionally, he founded Rave Digital Media, a state of the art movie theatre concept which was developed across the country. After attending the University of Michigan where he was a 3-time All-American tennis player and the Big Ten’s Player of the Year in 1992, he played professional tennis across the world reaching 3 finals. He has been heavily invested in the tennis industry for the last decade hosting 8 ATP and WTA events in Columbus, Ohio and served on the Player Development board of the United States Tennis Association. David opened Tennis Ohio in 2020, a 65,000 square foot facility, used to mentor and coach top level professional and junior tennis players as well as cultivating partnerships for philanthropic purposes. Tennis Ohio is currently being rebranded as it is adding the first indoor fully dedicated Pickleball courts in Ohio. In addition to his professional career, he has served board positions or collaborated with Buddy Up Tennis, the “Young Leadership Group” for United Way, I Know I Can, Columbus Housing Partnership, and the Mid-Ohio Food Bank. He and his wife Cari, along with their two children, reside in Columbus, Ohio. David is a recent pickleball enthusiast and plays pickleball recreationally. He was introduced to MLP by Sam Duvall, the president and founder of Topnotch Management, a boutique talent agency representing top athletes in tennis and pickleball.
