SoCal Hard Eights

The SoCal Hard8s were formed in early 2022 by Timothy Parks, Rick Chan, and three friends who became close through their years living in NYC. Their connections were formed on account of occupations in financial markets and strengthened by periodic casino visits to – surprise – play craps. As much as they regret to give Ritchie Tuazon any credit, he approached the group after the successful Austin MLP in 2021 with the opportunity to buy a team during the initial expansion phase. After one conversation with Steve Kuhn, their imaginations were ignited with the possibility of what MLP could become. A year and a half later, the sport, the league, and the SoCall Hard 8s have exploded in popularity beyond any reasonable expectation back then. And even still, the best is yet to come. Roll the dice!
